App Configuration

Once the app has been installed, you need to enable the appropriate options based on your contract with TOTUS.

If you wish to enable 1st Party support on the app, then you click the Enable button on the 1st Party panel. This allows TOTUS to set up a fulfillment provider in your Shopify store so we can fulfill cards purchased on your site, and it allows access to the issued gift cards so we can manage customer support and compliance on those cards. You can read in the How the App Works section for more details on 1st Party.

If you wish the enable 3rd Party support in the app, then you click the Enable button in the 3rd Party issued cards panel. This allows TOTUS to sell cards in 3rd party channels for both B2B and Retail and allows access to the gift cards so we can manage customer support and compliance.
